About TIME
When we’re busy with work, it’s common to feel like there’s no time left for learning or improving ourselves.
But guess what? We all have the same amount of time in a day.
Some people still find time to exercise, read, or study. How do they do it?
Well, it’s about managing time and controlling what we do.
Here’s a funny thing: even though we can choose what we want to do, it’s not always easy to do it.
Our brains always want something fun to do to feel good. Even though we know studying is good for our future, it doesn’t feel exciting right now.
So, here are a few simple tricks to help:
- Set a timer for 25 minutes and focus only on your task. You can do anything for just 25 minutes!
- Keep your phone away. Put it in another room or turn it off. I like to film myself focusing; it helps me stay on track and feel proud afterward.
- If you get distracted, write down what’s on your mind. You can come back to it later.
- At the end of the day, write down what you’ve done. It feels good to see what you’ve accomplished!
Try using the Pomodoro Technique—it’s a famous timer method that can help you focus better.

Stick to a routine
Routines are like a plan for your day that helps things run smoothly. Try to do certain things at the same time every day, like waking up, eating meals, and going to bed. This helps your brain know what to expect and makes it easier to get things done.
Having a routine can be fun! You can include things you enjoy, like playing outside, reading a book, or spending time with family. It’s like having your own special schedule that makes each day a little bit easier.
By sticking to a routine, you can make sure you have time for all the things you need to do and still have plenty of time for fun activities too!
